Fishing Charters in SCWhether you want to go fishing on Lake Murray or below it on the Tail Race Saluda River, or you would prefer Gulf Stream Trolling or Bottom Fishing, we will provide some of the greatest action and adventure you’ve ever experienced.  There’s something magical about all of South Carolina’s lakes, rivers, and oceans.  SCDNR does a great job of keeping them teeming with all kinds of fish and our beautiful South Carolina weather knows how to coerce those fish to come to the surface.

For those that aren’t from around here, Lake Murray is known as one of the most productive lakes in the Southeast for largemouth bass and striped bass.  Lake Murray state record fish include:  white bass, white perch, white crappie, and white catfish, and all of them are fun to catch if you know their best hiding spots.

Named after the Santee tribe, the 143 mile long Santee River provides the place for the coastal areas of southeastern SC to empty into the Atlantic Ocean.  It has shallow and medium-depth habitats that create the perfect fertile environment for some good fishing.  It is known for its big fish and its wide variety including stripers, crappie, largemouth bass, pickerel and bream beginning in April and into August.

Off Shore

If you are looking to catch tuna, wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and the like that will put up a good fight, then you want to go offshore fishing with us.  We begin our Offshore Fishing Season in April and we keep going out on tours all the way through August.  When you can’t see land anymore, we call that offshore; this is where the hottest saltwater action happens.  We will send you out in our sporty 38-foot Seahunter center console that offers incomparable fishing, as well as all of the interior niceties of an express cruiser.  It houses three brand new 300HP Yamaha motors and allows for over a 400-mile range to get you into the best spots and back home safely.  We provide a full day (12 hr) trip, with a maximum of 6 people for $2,500 and all of the tackle, bait, and safety equipment.  We’ll even clean your fish for you, so now you can’t say no.

Crappie

If you are in the mood for some crappie fishing, we begin fishing excursions in December and can keep fishing for crappie well into April.  For that kind of fishing, we offer our 19.6' Warrior we call “Crappie 101”; it’s the nicest freshwater boat on the market.  We can take up to 3 people at $400 for an 8-hour excursion to Lake Greenwood, Lake Murray, Clark’s Hill Lake or the Santee, according to the current information on how they are biting.  You can count on catching a minimum of 20 fish per person/per day on this tour.  All you have to bring is your SC Fishing license, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Striper

From May through August (per SCDNR regulations) in the Saluda River and from April through September in Lake Murray, we offer striper fishing.  Striper behavior is fast-changing, and they are constantly on the move, you have to know how to adapt to changes, and we know where they will be and we know how to give you the best fish-catching opportunities.  For this trip, we charge $450 for 6-7 hours.

If you choose to fish the rapids and rocky fish beds of the Saluda River with us, we limit the trip to a 2-person maximum and charge $450 for 6-7 hours.  We provide all tackle, bait and safety equipment.

If you want to catch some striper, then Captain Brandon will be taking you out on his Sea Pro boat, or Captain Ronnie will take you out on his Key West boat.   Either of these boats are perfect for getting in those tight places that striper love to hide.  We allow up to a 4-person max, and we charge $450 for 6-7 hours, or until you catch your limit.  We provide all tackle, bait and safety equipment you will need.  These boats also provide all of the Coastguard-required equipment and safety features that are needed to enjoy yourself; all you need to bring is your SC fishing license, drinks and food, and an empty cooler to take all of your fish home with you.

Captains Link and Ronnie will be responsible for all river charters and Captain Brandon will be running the lake trips.

Bottom Salt Water

We also offer an 8-hour bottom saltwater fishing trip, where you will have an opportunity to catch black sea bass, grouper and all the snapper you can haul in.  All licenses included, and we limit this to 6 people and charge $1,500.00.  We furnish all of the tackle, bait, and safety equipment and we’ll even clean your fish for you!  (These recreational limits are per SCDNR regulations).

Bow Fishing

If you are looking to go bow fishing, we’ve got just the trip for you.  We charge $450.00 for a 5-Hour excursion where you will be fishing under light as the sun goes down.  The fishing area depends on weather-water clarity.  We can also extend your trip at $50 per additional hour. We provide all the equipment but, you are welcome to bring your own bow.  We bow fish lake Murray, both Santee lakes, the Cooper River, the fishing creek reservoir.
